Warm Potato Stir-fry with fresh Fenugreek Sprouts
A rustic mode day and a recycled sausage can of fresh sprouts by the window sill. Made a quick potato stir fry and tossed these crunchy fresh leaves as garnish with a smattering of chaat masala and a squeeze of lemon. Rolled them in a roti with dollops of raita and was on my way!
